I am in Phoenix cave at the entrance, Party A stands on switch which opens left door. Party B goes through and wanders around opening boxes, there is also a cave with some boxes in it, Party B goes down stairs and stands on switch which opens right door where Party A is. Party A goes through right hand door but it is full of spikes with lots of boxes, so I just have Party A go and stand on left switch again. Back to Party B which goes back upstairs and to the right where there is a switch but when I stand on it nothing happens, Sorry if this seem a bit long winded but I wanted to fully explain. I have been here for hours and hours PLEASE help. Thanks.

Then Team B needs to back track upstairs to the circled switch. This removes the spikes blocking Team A, and they can then proceed out of the pit and north to continue the dungeon. I think you've had both teams in the correct place, just not at the same time. Don't have Team A backtrack to the switch in the first room, they must wait at the spikes for Team B to remove then.

Thank you very very much, now I can actually move along, hope I don't get stuck again.

Thank you very very much, now I can actually move along, hope I don't get stuck again. It's a tough dungeon with some challenging puzzles. Just don't be afraid to switch parties when you get stuck and have the other team go explore for other switches. When positioned correctly, it should be visible and obvious what switches change, either opening doors, removing spikes and other obstacles, or extending bridges.
