How about.. "The treasure be hidden in a place where you can glide over the forest, and where the house be built completly of wood." Village of Arboreus on the East Continent without a doubt. It's near the castle of Alveus on the east side of the river.

Argentum on West Continent in Seraphia. It has golden grass on the hills but those are silver mines underneath and there's two styles of houses.

The key is figuring out from the wording that 'closest to the east but not east' means the furthest west possible. That would be the town of Occiduus, on the western shore of the West Continent, though most players who haven't visited it probably won't know there's a small beach there.
