I was looking all over the board for a full list simply of the quests listed in the journal and couldn't find one (I'm missing a couple and can't figure out which ones!) so I thought I would make one myself.
Page 1
1) Primary Quest: Updates as you go. Tells you what to do and where to go if you forget.
2) Aeon Temples: Explore the world for the 13 ancient Aeon Temples. To gain access inside each temple you will need to bring Vixen in your party and obtain the artifact required by that particular deity.
3) Dragon Trials: Travel to the city of Dragonoir, deep underground on the East Continent beneath the White Tower. On the bottom level of the city is the entrance to the Nexus of Ordeals. Only Dragoons may enter the trials after speaking with the keepers of the Nexus.
4) Chocobo Challenge: Hidden througout the lands of the Forgotten Continent are treasure caves only reachable when riding Chocobos. Some caves are high in the mountains, others along the coast on islands, and one is behind a great waterfall. To earn each cave's treasure you must complete the mini-game inside. Each mini-game is unique and can be retried until you finish it successfully. Once all 9 are complete you can replay them for Battle Points at the Costa del Sol Battle Arena.
5) Letters of Love (I will update this after I start a New Game + since I already completed it)
6) Good Osama Hunting: You have received word from a group of cultists of an evil being bent on radical religious interpretations that employ mass death and destruction. Apparently the cultists view this man as a messiah come to cleanse the world of infidels, but for some reason you are wary of their motives. Perhaps in your travels you will come across this Osama and confront him regarding his violent ideology.
7) Dr. Mazzi's Stamp: You have found a desperate scholar who wants to buy the Dr. Mazzi Stamp of approval for a large sum of money. He is in the northwest corner of the first floor of the Fhorestain Congress. The city itself is on the East Continent in a densely wooded valley. You can either keep the stamp since it was you who earned it or sell it to him to make some easy GP. Perhaps holding out will force the man to offer more money for the prize in the future.
8) Valiantide Rising (New Game +)
9) Royal Technology: King Thoth of Incultus Regnum has misplaced his magazine, Technology Monthly. If you find another copy for sale perhaps you could give it to the King in exchange for a reward. It is unlikely that a normal shop would stock the magazine. Try looking for someplace you where you can win exotic prizes. Incultus Regnum Castle is in the middle of the great desert on the East Continent. Bring the magazine to King Thoth's bed chamber inside on of the top towers should you manage to obtain an issue.
10) Watt's Wonderblade: Watts the blacksmith runs a forge on the island of Costa del Sol just off the east coast of the East Continent. He has offered to work on the Ancient sword you found in the water passages beneath Tyr-Anon island. It will take some time but Watts believes the blade has great potential. It must be revitalized to unlock its old, faded powers.
11) Scholarly Affairs: Dr. Mazzi was impressed by your Presidential Award, won from a scholar senator at the Fhorestain Congress. He gave you a Rat Tail as a reward. Though he swears it is an archaeological treasure, you are not sure what you can do with it. Surely there must be someone in the world who collects these things. Maybe you can trade them something for the tail.
12) Master Forge: You have given the master smith your Adamant Ore and the Legend sword you found in Nemus Aevum. Once the blade is reforged, the master smith will likely reopen for business now that he has his spirit back. Return to Erus Caminus on the Forgotten Continent to check on the smith's progress and obtain the sword when it is finish (I'm not sure if this is the original message that pops up. I will update after New Game +)
13) Tail of Two Sprites: You have come across a mysterious cave just south of the East Continent shoreline. The only inhabitants are two sprites, whose only hobby is collecting rare and exotic tails. If you find any strange or rare animal tails lying around you should be able to trade with the sprites for something that is hopefully of more value.
14) Bottled Spirits: Behind a waterfall in the town of Tyr-Anon on the West Continent, you have come across a curious man. Mr. Hammond claims to be able to understand people instantly upon meeting them. He seeks a true ghost in a bottle for some odd reason. Why he's looking in a wet cave for it, who knows. Should you ever find a real ghost in a bottle you can bring it to him. Perhaps in exchange he will analyze your party members' personalities.
15) Furious Professor: Far to the west in the coastal town of Occiduus in Tyr-Anon, you have run across a rather beligerant traveling professor. He claims to be conducting research but you do not know what for. Perhaps the man could prove of some use if convinced to join your party on their quest. It looks like you will need to be persistant and tolerant of his attitude if you are to get any sort of favorable response.
16) Deep beneath the ocean waves and the frozen island of Solus Insula you found the secret dungeon of Progidium Nidus. Towards the heart of this long lost monument you crossed paths with the Skull Knight. His origin is shrouded in mystery, but he speaks of a curse that has brought him to this place of eternal solitude. Perhaps you can ease his suffering by bringing him the old sword of legend, Excalibur, that he once wielded.

17) Rare Rose: Pixi the painter is in a creative slump and needs something special to restore her artistic fervor. She has spoken of a flower, the Desert Rose, which has incredible color potential when processed. They are extremely rare but if you manage to find one bring it back to Pixi. Once she has the Desert Rose and extracts the colors from it, maybe she will paint something for you.
18) Maona's Wish: Maona is a priestess who claims to know the secret of creating Holy Water. She says the ritual requires a Moon Pearl, a rare stone that you will probably not find for sale in any conventional shop. If you could find a Moon Pearl and bring it to her, perhaps she could make some Holy Water for you.
19) Monster Hunter: Master Miyagi is an expert in martial arts but he is not very interested in teaching you or anyone else. He does seem interested in sharing the knowledge he acquired as a monster hunter in his youth. The only problem is the master does not want to travel on foot with you in his old age. Perhaps if you had a ship where he could live while you continue your journey...Miyagi awaits your return to the East Continent town of Dale.
20) Occultus Survivors: Upon searching the houses of Occultus Gaza for survivors of the monster rampage and Tyr-Anon seige, you found a single, lone inhabitant. His name is Mason, and he has great skill in carving stone. With Occultus Gaza deserted and monsters roaming about, Mason agrees to leave town and come aboard your ship. Your bravery has inspired him to create full scale statues of your entire party. It will be some time before they are ready, however, and you will need to find a suitable place for them.
21) Pumice Pieces: At the top of the tall towers of Ignis Castrum, the dwarven castle deep underground, you find a strange being with fiery red hair named Zepphryus. Once he possessed a rock, the pumice, carved in a mystical shape. It has since been broken and the two pieces lost. If you find the two pieces and reforged the original pumice, perhaps Zepphryus would give you a reward in exchance for returning it to him.
22) Missing for now.
23) Rembrandt Banker: While visiting Costa del Sol off the east coast of the East Continent, you met a banker named Andrew Dufresne. He is vacationing at the island currently, but expressed some interest when he learned you have a ship. Andy decided to stay at Costa del Sol for now, but feels that in the future he may want to join you on your journey. In exchange for board he could likely provide banking services similar to the Fhorestain bank but mobile.
24) Stuffed Animal Planet: Tucked away in a room of Bridelveil Castle on the East Continent, far away from everyone else, you found a nervous statistician. Smales, he says his name is timidly. The poor boy seems to have difficulty when other people are around. Luckily he knows of a cure for his paranoia: stuffed animals. The problem is he lost his old Racoondog Doll. If you could find another one, or a similar replacement, Smales might be able to subdue his fears of the outside world.
25) The Great Kainofski: The Great Kainofski broods over a piano in the dark cellar of a house in the Seraphian town of West Minister. He is a master composer, known throughout the world for his operas and symphonies. His best works burned in a fire, however, and he cannot seem to recreate them. If only he had the Lunar Harp to replay his masterpieces for him...If you find the instrument and bring it to him, perhaps the Great Kainofski will write some music for you in exchange.
26) Shadowy Stranger: Shadows sit but do not stir at the pub in Narbo, a province of Incultus Regnum. This strange man seems to have a dark cloud over him and does not wish to involve himself with others. Persistence may not be enough to get his attention. It is rumored he was once an outlaw of sorts. Perhaps a fellow familiar with that line of work would have some luck talking to the man.
27) Swanky Trails: An interesting fellow named Swank was staying at the Portown Inn. He is also a traveler from afar and saw the aftermath of the slaughter at North Outpost in Tyr-Anon during his journey. Swank offered to trade stories over a few drinks at the local pub, but both of you are in too much of a hurry. Maybe in the future your paths will cross again and you'll be able to share a cold one.
28) Unlucky Jack: Captain Jack Pidgeon fishes by his lonesome self out on the northern most pier at the town of Tiro Amicus on the Imperial Continent. He wishes to be a true pirate captain, but for that he needs a ship to sail the seven seas. There is a possibility the not so old scallywag has booty hidden away somewhere. Maybe he would be willing to reveal the location of some swag if given a chance to at least ride aboard a ship.
29) Tomb of Khaer Magnus. You find yourself in possession of an old folded rag. Examining it closer you discover it is the remains of an ancient map. The only decipherable text tells of the Tomb of Khaer Magnus. According to the map, the tomb is hidden within in a jungle on a tropical island just southwest of Silentum Tumulus. Legend tells of Khaer Magnus as a dragon of the old world. He ruled over the archipelagos west of the Imperial Continent for a millenia and acquired power and riches to rival the devine.
