I thought I would be a little nice and post this here while I'm trying to find out the optimal way to get some/all character immune to Conditions and Elements. It really all depend upon how you set them together since there will come a time where you are going to use both party. And let's face it, it's nice to have your second party ready to
B&A = Bracelet and Armlet
Drakeor (Gloves, Shield, Plate, Helmet)
Vixen (B&A, Gear/Vest, Robe, Bandana, Crown, Ribbons, Beret)
Keen (B&A, Shield - Gear/Vest, Plate)
Glen (B&A, Shield - Plate, Gear/Vest - Helm, bandana, Beret)
Meredith (B&A, Dress, Cloak, Ribbon, Bandana, Crown, Beret)
Justin (B&A, Shield - Plate, Gear/Vest - Helm, bandana, Beret)
Vetu (B&A, Robe, Hood, hat)
Sammy (Plate, Gear/vest, Bandana, Beret)
Julia (B&A, Dress/Cape, Crown, bandana, Ribbon, beret)
Willis (B&A, Gear/vest, Plate, Bandana, Beret)
Now you can win "All Condition" amulets at the Battle Arena (and you get quite a few "Elemental Capes" to), but the hard point is piecing together a set of element resist equipment for each character so that they are immune to most/all elements when you can't have a "Elementalist Cape" on those characters who uses "All condition" amulets. And the same with the opposite of course.
The best way to make a character immune to elements if you can't use the slot where "all condition" is placed is to use equipment with 2, 3 or more kind of elemental resistance.
In this case the forge is quite useful since it can sometimes turn two pieces of equipment that only have one elemental resist into one piece of equipment who have two OR it can turn it into a piece of equipment that another character couldn't wear before but now can
