Four aspects gathered, top of the White Shrine, party - Glen, Meridith, Sammy, Vixen.
So the guys are having their chat with blue boy and suddenly Draekor speaks up despite not being on screen to say: "You may think so, but this time it is us who have the upper hand!"

Sounds rather comical. Drakeor's dialog probably just has an incorrect conditional trigger, and you had a hero in your party that caused the text to be displayed. I'll be sure to correct this when I review the White Shrine dialog.
I'm going through major dialog scenes I did not revise in the last major update and am fixing them. This usually means reducing conversations to a few lines of dialog that remains the same no matter which characters are in your party. It's impossible to have different lines for every hero. The dialog does not flow since you can only have four heroes and this causes holes in conversations where the other six would say something. Also some of the writing is just horrendous and embarrassing. Mostly this only effects dialog before and after boss battles, which is rather unnecessary and doesn't reveal anything new about the plot or characters.

Really? I rather liked the fact that when you brought characters along to important events, they would each have their own little dialogue to offer with the bad guy or NPC. Added a layer of replay value to the game and made it seem like the characters had independant thoughts, even though it didn't add anything new to the plot.

That was the original idea, but looking at the dialog it's just pointless drivel. Since it doesn't reveal anything about the plot or characters it's not particularly interesting. It's just more text for players to read through before actually getting to the main event. This approach might have worked if there were not so many characters, and if the fights had a setting that each character could relate to differently. Reviewing the conversations, however, was just too embarrassing for me as a writer to leave them intact.
