After you complete the Earth trial the flag says "Earrth" trial instead of "earth" Yes the graphic doesn't update. The event is still there, if you inspect it it says "Gold Trial has already been completed" but it doesn't have the flag graphic. About the Map, Do you think you'll delete Oasis? Oh, so it's just an incorrect spelling on the Earth Trial dialog. I thought it was automatically registering as complete without the player finishing it. That would have been serious. What do you mean Oasis, the place in the desert on the East Continent? That's just sitting there as a harmless terrain feature.

The place in the desert in the imperial continent. Why is it on the map?

The place in the desert in the imperial continent. Why is it on the map? There was going to be a plot event and a bonus dungeon there, but they were cut from the game. I just never bothered to change the map display.

A new bug which I've never encountered before: In the Chocobo Pillar mini-game, the vertical purple star only moves one centimeter in each direction, completely blocking the access to the final rupee...

It does? It never happened to me on my current playthrough. And I have the newest version...

Nevermind, I was just being an utter dumbass and forgot to turn the purple crystal off altogether.

Ok, this one is really bad. i can't land on Triangle Mountain. I keep getting the "Subscript out of range(-1)" error. I tried it twice in a row, same result. I tried repatching the game, same result. I tried landing on the ground first and the getting back up, same result.
UPDATE: I managed to circumvent this one by saving in Ora Domus, turning the game off and turning it back on.
I seem to have done everything in Triangle Mountain yet there is still one elevated chest in the final area which I don't understand how to reach. Is that Vetu's fire scroll?
Also, is it intentional that the very first puzzle cave does not reset upon exiting the dungeon? I was wondering whether or not only pushing the right switch and leaving the left one alone make a treasure chest appear on that big tile near the cave exit.

The subscript out of range error is an engine bug. Sometimes you can just land and exit the world map, or return inside the airship, then return to the world map and functionality is restored. Otherwise, resetting or restarting the game should work as it did for you. There is no Skill Scroll for Vetu in Triangle Mountain, and I don't know what area of that dungeon you're referring to. Several of the puzzles do not reset because of their difficulty. In the very first cave area you must press both switches to proceed, but they do not cause chests to appear.

I found the way to that chest, it was the Black Dream hat. I was wondering about the fire scroll because I don't recall ever finding it. Maybe I'll get better luck this time.
Also a minor one: "Willis's faceset was the one accompanying the line "No Willis, we stand beside you." before the last Dynamo fight, whoever was supposed to say it. You can see as much on my YT video.
And in the extremely minor category: The bottom left chest in the second ice geyser room(I think) has an error in the event sequence: You get the item message first, and only afterwards does the charset switch to an open chest.
UPDATE: I did find Detonator. I can also confirm that Silentium Tumulus still has (infrequent) random encounters even with a full level 99 party.

There's must be something wrong with the encounter rate adjustment code at high levels. It's being fed the right numbers by the maps.
The wrong faceset is probably just a message outside a conditional fork that requires a certain hero to be in the party.

Alright, this one is annoying. I purchased a handful of Silver Apples from the Skull Knight, which seem to have registered in my inventory either as Golden ones or not at all.

Alright, this one is annoying. I purchased a handful of Silver Apples from the Skull Knight, which seem to have registered in my inventory either as Golden ones or not at all. Looking at the code, the only error I see is that the display gives 1 Beherit for 1 Silver Apple, when in fact you trade 1 Beherit for 2 Silver Apples. Are you sure about the cursor being in the correct space and having enough Beherits to finish the transaction? If you have a save file before the error, that would be most helpful for testing.

I unfortunately don't have that save anymore. I remembered making a similar mistake in my previous run of the game, so this time I exercised extra caution with what I was doing. I'm fairly sure it happened the way I described it, but who knows.

OK, adding to the list:
-Glen's ATB meter stopped dead for several turns twice, even though he was wearing the God Hand shield. This was before I beat the game so it isn't due to the Continue+ feature.
-I had to get back inside the Aetherius before I could get the CMS to work again on Continue+. Simply taking the teleport back down or walking through the entrance did not fix it.
-Seriously, are Katana Souls immortal? I spent much less time defeating a King Behemoth than I did helplessly trying to kill one of them. Even though Singularity cancels Meditate's effects pretty fast...

And I think I have one more. I just started my aspects quest, and I wanted to go to Ship Graveyard first. Since I did Triangle Mountain before, my levels were all 95. I saw a red chest, it had normal monsters plus 2 mimics in it. When the battle finished, my party went up to level 98! The battle gave me 40000 exp... Should that have happened?
