I would like to ask DJC about various names used in game.I made long ago Everlong etymology topic and I wondered how much is correct for example is general Gerovitus from guerra -war (Spanish) + Lat. vita -life, Veneficus Lat. venenum -poison, venom + facere -to make, Khaer magnus Gr. khaer -hand, paw + Lat. magnus -big, what about Revirdok or Verata's robes and other names?

Some of the names don't have Latin or other language roots, they are entirely original and based off heroes from other legends and lore in the world of Everlong. Verata, Contra, Revirdok are all examples. And there's also multiple meanings to some of the names. Khaer Magnus is actually meant to be King of Magic.

Yes, many of them are intentionally following one of the Latin meanings and were chosen for that purpose. I was merely commenting on those that do not, and the fact there can be multiple meanings to choose from and only a certain was was intended.
