Mover opponent in Silentium Tumulus has too much speed. Movers have maximum speed, intentionally making them super annoying little buggers because they're worth so much GP and possibly drop Elixirs. Unless it's causing a bug, like the player never gets a turn, this is by design. You're supposed to focus fire and pound them with your highest damage abilities, otherwise they tear you apart having so many more turns. You can also try switching a fast hero like Drakeor or Keen into the party and boost their speed with items.
