Just passing by to say congratulations and thanks
Thanks for your continued good work. I am very much in awe of your persistence, it's been many years since you started this project, and I guess Everlong is a really fitting title I have come to think that Everlong must surely be great material for examining a game's evolution and a game maker's decision processes
I remain a fan since release 22 or 23. I think I kept all those older versions and will be replaying them all at some point. I still think it;s one of the most comprehensive rpg maker games around.
I'm curious about your new ideas about changing Julia's story. Her skillset was pretty amazing. she alone woud have likely been sufficient as a healer without the need to have the other two. I last played the game 2-3 years ago, though, so I may be hazy on the details. I think you justified the need for three healers by party divisions especially in the finall battles when party was dvidied into three and there was a need to balance them all equally in terms of power to succeed, wasn;t that in the final battle? Can't recall. Other than that, Julia's skillset was possibly the most useful out of the three healers. I hope you can flshe her out a bit more in any future alterations you may still make. She's very useful, I guess I just felt she overshadowed the other two a bot too much. But what the heck, all three needed to be fully trained anyway because of the final battles. That was a part of the charm for me- lots of party divisionsresulting from neat story twists. You really did well with those.
So thanks from a fan Everlong to my mind remains one of the best, most comprehensive rpg maker games around and even by virtue of your long-tme devotion and effort stands above all mediocre commercial rpg maker games mass released by people for easy money nowadays. Rpg maker games have really cheapened, so it's always a pleasure to return to games like Everlong.
