Hey there, welcome to the boards!
The battles in Everlong definitely become more difficult once you reach the Forgotten Continent. There are several instances where the game leaps ahead in difficulty suddenly, but this occurrence is often the toughest for players. You must start giving strong consideration to elemental defense and protection against conditions. Taking advantage of monster weaknesses is also paramount. The majority of monsters and ALL bosses will require that you inflict the Fragile condition to halve their armor and decrease their physical resistance if physical attacks with weapons are to have a significant effect.
It also sounds like you're running into monsters or bosses you're not quite ready to defeat yet. The T-Rex is extremely difficult when you first encounter it in Nemus Aevum, with high HP and damage output. It's probably better to run, though the rewards are enormous for victory.
Tyr is similarly difficult to defeat prior to the Forgotten Continent. You have a limited number of turns, and you must inflict significant damage rapidly. He's balanced for stronger heroes after you obtain the airship. Make sure you use lightning elemental attacks, like Thunder Slash, Electrocute, or Myollnir. Quickly revive or heal any hero who dies or becomes unable to attacks. You need all four party members dealing damage every possible turn. You can inflict Fragile, but will still deal half damage; skills are better here, it's too time consuming to cast Might to increase your attack to compensate. Accessories that protect against Daze, Death, Critical Hits, and Cripple help. High defense with reduce the damage from overpower.
Now for your main question, the battle against Pandemonium. If you defeated Dragona, you can definitely handle this battle. Your hero choice is fine, but what you really need in this battle are Ribbon accessories. They block all negative conditions, which protects you from Disaster, the spell Pandemonium uses on your entire party to inflict all those status changes. The boss always leads with this spell and will continuously recast it. All you need is one hero with a Ribbon, preferably your White Wizard (Julia) so she can survive and then cast Purify or use a Remedy to restore other heroes. There is one obvious Ribbon in Nemus Aevum you hopefully didn't miss, and another back in Aditus Grotto near the end in a red chest through an invisible passage. Dealing with Disaster is key to this battle.
Inflicting Fragile will make physical attacks with weapons cause regular damage, though Pandemonium has high defense. Use Holy elemental weapons and skills to deal double damage. Justin has Heaven's Cloud, Keen has Angel Bless, and if you obtained Lixandru's Light prior to the Forgotten Continent that will also do extreme damage. Any weapons effective against demons are also good. You are going to want as much elemental and spell protection as you can get. Have Drakeor use Aura for certain and the Mirror Shield. Don't waste time with Might, Protect, or other positive conditions that can be dispelled. Keep your HP high at all times to make Agony deal less damage. High defense will reduce Overpower damage. If Pentagram kills any heroes, immediately revive them so Pandemonium receives no healing from Corpse Feast. Demolish ALWAYS comes before Astral Tempest, so you may want to have your heroes defend between these attacks to halve the damage. The Talisman accessory will halve all spell damage and is worth using on a hero without a Ribbon. The Ark Mantel will prevent critical hits.
I hope that helps and answers your questions, good luck!

thank you very much for your reply. last night i finally beat the pandemonium. i defeat it even without equipping the ribbon ( i totally forgot about it ). i equip almost everything that avoid conditions(as result, some of my character have low defense, i glad that it don't cast overpower too often). i only notice that i have ribbon when i do the black dragon trial ( yay \('.')/ i beat both of the black and white dragon ) i also finally beat tyr ! i make julia cast slow every turn and drakeor use swiftness on her and then glen cast armor break on tyr. and then just attack him. thank you very much. i will explore again aditus grotto to find the second ribbon . i really need to find it.
